📦 Nookra SHIPPING & DELIVERY Policy
1. Order Processing and Shipping Time
- Order Processing Time: All orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping Time: Delivery time varies based on the product and the customer’s location. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. It usually takes 8-15 business days to deliver your order.
2. Shipping Fees
- We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination.
3. Shipping Methods
- Shipping methods are determined based on the specific product and delivery location. We use the most suitable option, including sea freight and air freight, to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- The shipping method is automatically selected to match the product’s size, weight, and delivery time requirements.
- NOTE: We use different suppliers for our products. There's always a chance that if you order two different products, the delivery time will slightly differ.
4. Shipping Regions
- We deliver products to the following regions:

- Poland
- France
- Czechia
- Spain

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers will become active within 48 hours.
- If your UPS/FedEx/AU Post tracking does not show updates after creation, don’t worry. This reflects the tracking of the final courier. Once the package is scanned by the courier, tracking will become active again. For additional information, please contact us at contact.nookra@gmail.com
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Nookra is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
- In most cases, duties and taxes will not be applied.

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim to ensure a smooth resolution.
