Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nookra, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to help and make things right.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • all original packaging and accessories must be included
  • the item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and offer an appropriate solution such as:

  • a replacement
  • a partial refund
  • a full refund when applicable

How To Request a Return

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return

We’ll provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was received
  • the item is defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier disruptions are outside of our direct control.
